Buyers must inspect the artwork upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours with clear photographic evidence.

Due to the nature of original fine art :

• No returns or exchanges are accepted once an artwork is sold.

• Refunds are applicable only in cases where the artwork is received damaged or materially different from the description, subject to verification.

• Commissioned, customized, or specially requested artworks are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

• Any approved refund will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
